MEET US AT THE TOP OF THE SKY

One year later and we are set to release our third long player, “Meet Us At The Top Of The Sky”, our best album yet. An epic ride fingertipping the what the fuck is this slide. Melody floods songs that spin and sparkle. Euphoric harmonies weave inside dense bubbling psychedelic wells bathed in simultaneous elektriconik symphonies. Brothers and sisters it’s a fucking classic. It sets for release this summer, it’s that kind of record, summer is when you can see the top of the sky. And you better dust down your sonic head gear and safety harness because we re taking No Map on the road. An 8 piece band playing a monster set to blow blown minds skywards; get ready for No Map Phase 3.

ONCE WE WERE IMMORTAL

“Once We Were Immortal” is sublime LO FI electronic guitar pop that opens with “Take Me to the Rain”, a song sadder than loneliness itself. No Map has always been about overcoming the bullshit that surrounds us and leaving your mark, making life count. Resistance wherever possible, to the mundane insanity of state managers and cunts. The album peaks with “Colours Drift”, a shimmering slab of Echo & The Bunnymen, New Order and the Roses wrapped up in heartache and hope. “Before We’re Taken” did well as a single upon its release and “Where is the Sound” is guitars on E. “Lost Heart” speaks to all the sonic youth.
